What A Glorious Sight! My First Shop and The First Ever Pink Pom-Pom Project!

My fabulous children at the front door!

Life can deliver some really hard knocks and my Breast Cancer diagnosis was no exception back in October 2010. However, I am an eternal optimist and believe things always happen for a reason and turning a positive from a negative is totally possible when you have the right attitude!

With that said (and I have already let the cat out of the bag) I wanted to document the making of my new shop in Southport, CT. a little square LLC will officially open end of March. Here are my three kids in what will be the ladies shop carrying dresses, shoes, accessories, bags, gifts for the whole family, beachwear and accessories. Loads of fun things that aren’t found everywhere!

Stitch & Bitch Room

We are also now putting together our calendar for the very first ever Pink Pom-Pom Project (PPPP): Crafting for Cancer Therapy Support Center for women undergoing treatment, their families and children ages 5 years and up. We will be teaching sewing, knitting, quilting, and host all variety of fabulous events i.e. Stitch & Bitch, Bunco to Book Clubs.

Imagine Graffiti classes!

We plan to hold unique fundraising events to raise money and awareness for local support centres helping families touched by cancer, first The Southport Breast Cancer Support Centre, just across the street!

Please watch this space, tell your friends, and shop to support this fantastic cause. 25% of sales go directly to fund The Pink Pom-Pom Project! Events thrown through the PPPP will go directly to Cancer support centres and other charities.

Wait until Spring comes!!!!

We even have a back patio! Possibilities are endless!
